Jure Pukl's European tour

The USA-based jazz musician and saxophone player Jure Pukl has begun a European tour to promote, his latest album Doubtless. The new vinyl album was released by Whirlwind Recordings in May this year and can also be digitally streamed via Bandcamp.

Jure Pukl's European tour

The USA-based jazz musician and saxophone player Jure Pukl has begun a European tour to promote, his latest album Doubtless. The new vinyl album was released by Whirlwind Recordings  in May this year and can also be digitally streamed via Bandcamp.

Pukl is performing on tour together with fellow saxophone player Melissa Aldana, double-bass player Joe Sanders and drummer Gregory Hutchinson. The tour started in London on 8 October and is to concluded in Madrid on 16 October. The tour included venues such as the Bird's Eye in Basel, Stockwerk Jazz in Graz, Jazz im Pappelgarten in Reutlingen and Jimmy Glass in Valencia.

Pukl will present new musical material created in collaboration with the New York-based drummer E.J. Strickland and his Quintet at the Velenje Max Club on 22 November. The new album Warriors For Peace consists of recordings of E.J. Strickland's April 2018 tour concerts that took place in Marseille.
